The Speaker, Kwara State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Salihu Yakubu Danladi have launched a magazine titled ‘Scorecard’ detailing and chronicling his stewardship as a member representing Ilesha/Gwanara constituency at the Kwara State House of Assembly.

It would be recalled the 9th Assembly was inaugurated on the June 10th, 2019 with the then 34 years old Danladi emerging as its Speaker.

One year down the line, the Speaker will be rolling out his achievements and stewardship in his official publication titled “Scorecard”.

According to the Editor-in-Chief of the publication who also doubles as the Special Assistant on Media to the Speaker, Comr. Sheriff Ibrahim Gold, he described the publication as an annual compilation from the stable of the Speaker’s office.

“SCORECARD is an annual publication of the Constituency office of Rt. Hon. Yakubu Danladi Salihu, Speaker, Kwara state House of Assembly and member representing Ilesha/Gwanara state constituency of Baruten local government.

” The June 2020 edition being the maiden edition, the publication is designed to intimate Kwarans and the immediate constituents (Ilesha/Gwanara) of Rt. Hon. Yakubu Danladi Salihu about his legislative activities and interventions, as a public servant who deem it expedient to be accountable to those he represents.

“This edition features core legislative activities of the 9th Assembly under Rt. Hon. Yakubu Danladi Salihu’s leadership, his personal legislative engagements, collaborations and interventions.

“It also extracts dispositions of elected colleagues of the Hon. Speaker about his legislative captainship, as well as reactions of different categories of stakeholders across his Ilesha/Gwanara State constituency” he stressed.
