Over two thousand members of the Young Progressives Party in Kwara State have received their membership cards.
Speaking at Ajikobi ward in Ilorin West Local Government Area of Kwara State during the distribution of the membership cards to party members in the ward, the Chairman of the Young Progressives Party in Kwara State, Mr Charles Olufemi Folayan said the party is impressed with the number of people who have joined the party through the online registration www.joinypp.org within the short period of time.
He announced that the party has also instructed all its enumerators across the State to assist people who might need assistance on the ongoing continuous voters registration, which he said is an opportunity for the party to mobilize new voters.
“We are aware that the response of the people to the ongoing voters registration in Kwara State is very low, it is therefore important for us to deploy our enumerators across the wards to assist people in this regard.”
He urged indigenes of Kwara State to join YPP for the 2023 Ballot Revolution in order to rescue the state from bad governance.
