‘You’ve continually lived up to the ‘Otoge’ mantra’, Kwara Speaker extols Gov AbdulRazaq at 64

The Speaker, Kwara State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Engr. Yakubu Danladi-Salihu has congratulated His Excellency the Governor of the state; Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq CON on his 64th birthday describing him as a pragmatic leader.

“Your Excellency, it gladdens our hearts that you have continued to use your exalted office to initiate and implement clear-cut programmes and policies that have impacted the lives of the people of the State”, Rt. Hon. Engr. Danladi-Salihu noted in a statement issued on Monday.

“Sir, you not only justified the confidence reposed in you by the electorate in the state who through their thumbs, returned you for a well-deserved second term in office, but have also shown that you are a God-sent leader whose major pre-occupation is to ensure the welfare and wellbeing of the people”

“As the representatives of the people, we make bold to say that the impact of your administration has been felt in all the 193 wards in the State thus you have continually lived up to the  ‘Otoge’ mantra that ushered in your purposeful administration in 2019″

The Speaker also commends Gov AbdulRazaq for his respect for the rule of law which guarantees independence and freedom of the legislative to function without interference and prayed to Allah to guard, guide, and grant him the wisdom to enable you to continue the good work to serve kwarans.

“We appreciate Your Excellency’s respect for the rule of law which has enhanced a harmonious executive-legislative relationship and rancour-free Assembly that has created the enabling environment for the good people of Kwara State to continue to enjoy the dividends of democracy”

“On behalf of myself and colleagues in the 10th Assembly, I congratulate Your Excellency, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, CON, on the occasion of your  64th birthday”, the statement concluded.
