UTME: Kwara NSCDC Assures maximum security

The Kwara Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC has assured the Joint Matriculation and Examination Board, JAMB that the corps will provide maximum security before, during and after the forthcoming 2022  Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations, UTME.
The NSCDC Commandant in the State Iskil Ayinla Makinde stated this on Saturday during the officers and men of the Corps’ on the spot assessment of some selected JAMB CBT centres in Ilorin during the UTME mock examinations that was taking place.
According to the spokesmen of the NSCDC in Kwara State Babawale Zaid Afolabi,
the corps decided to move round on the UTME mock examination day in order to have the feel of the locations and plan ahead for  the main examinations that comes up later this month.
” The commandant Makinde Iskil Ayinla deemed it fit that it is appropriate for the corps to use today’s UTME mock examination to plan ahead for the main examinations and that is why we move around selected JAMB CBT centres on Saturday fortunately most of the candidates are at the centres for the mock examinations” Babawale stated.
The CDPRO explained further that the commandant has assured the JAMB , students, parents and the general public that the NSCDC has put all security machinery in motion in order to ensure an hitch free conduct of the examinations.
In his own part the JAMB Zonal coordinator in Kwara State,Mrs R.C Shittu praised the NSCDC for their yearly maximum cooperation adding that the examination board is also working round the clock in order to fully prepared for the examinations.
Among the CBT centres visited by the NSCDC aside the JAMB Office are Kwara Poly CBT centre, University of Ilorin CBT centre and Sobi CBT Centre.
