In a heartwarming display of appreciation, the newly appointed Executive Director of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Hajia Biliqis Jumoke Sanni, has written a glowing letter of gratitude to the Kwara State Governor, stating that her nomination is a fruit of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s gender inclusivity policy,

The letter, dated May 11, 2025, expresses Hajia Sanni’s profound gratitude to Governor AbdulRazaq for his unwavering support, which culminated in her nomination as an Executive Director in the management of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC).

Hajia Sanni commended Governor AbdulRazaq’s commitment to creating a conducive environment for women to thrive, highlighting the enactment of a law guaranteeing 35% affirmative action for gender inclusion – a move that broke the Beijing Record.

She described the Governor’s leadership style as revolutionary, citing his simplicity, approach to issues, and ability to touch all sectors of governance.

The newly nominated Executive Director assured Governor AbdulRazaq of her readiness to justify the trust invested in her, while expressing her deepest appreciation for his invaluable support.
