Kwara Born Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi, Others Appointed to TETFund Board

President Bola Tinubu has appointed a new board for the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund), with Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, a seasoned Kwara born aeronautic and astronautic expert, among the seven-member team.

The appointment, according to Presidential spokesman, Ajuri Ngilale on Tuesday, aims to revitalize the tertiary education sector, ensuring improved productivity and quality.

Adeyemi, a renowned advocate for education reform, joins Alhaji Aminu Masari (Chairman), Senator Sani Danladi, Mr. Sunday Adepoju, Mrs. Esther Onyinyechukwu Ukachukwu, Mr. Turaki Ibrahim and Mr. Aboh Eduyok on the TETFund Board.

The new board is tasked with driving TETFund’s objective of providing critical support for tertiary education, enhancing Nigeria’s human capital development.

President Tinubu expects the appointees to bring their expertise and dedication to the role, transforming Nigeria’s higher education landscape.
