The Ilorin West local government APC Chairman Sulaiman Tejiddini has reiterated the unflinching support of the APC in the local government to the State Governor, debunking rumour of a division in the party’s fold in the local government.
Tejidinni who spoke through a release he personally signed said “my attention has been drawn to a purported news that I, Tejidini Sulyman the chairman of All Progressive Congress (APC), Ilorin West Local Government, suspended one Mr Ibrahim Abdullahi (Badari Ward Chairman) as chairman of all 12 wards chairmen in Ilorin West APC. There is no iota of truth is this news. Hence, it should be disregarded.
“However, the decision of his suspension came among the group (APC Ilorin West Ward Chairmen) which he chaired having alleged him of working against the interest of our great party (APC).
” In their unanimous decision, he was immediately replaced by Magaji Ngeri Ward Chairman, Mr Muritalah Magaji Ngeri pending the outcome of the findings about his allegation.
“It’s important to understand that we’re unalloyed party men in Ilorin west and nothing has changed. APC Ilorin West remains one and without unequivocal, our loyalty to the party and our Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq is 100%. It’s our prayer that our Governor will continue to succeed in moving the state to the greater heights.
