How AbdulRazaq’s Govt Spent N413m on Foreign Trips in 3 months

Between January and March 2022, the Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq-led Kwara State spent the sum of N413m on international travels embarked upon by officials of the government.

This was contained in a data obtained from the First Quarter (2022) Budget Implementation Performance Report of the state government.

This is coming despite the governemnt’s repeated claims of being prudent in the management of the state resources.

The report showed that of the N774,214,199.00 budgeted for international travels in 2022, the sum of N413,546,812.00 representing 53.4% was spent between January and March 2022.
