The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, kwara state chapter, Hon. Bashir Omolaja Bolarinwa has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin, His Eminence, Alhaji Ibrahim Zulqainani Gambari, CFR on the 25th anniversary of his ascension to the throne of his forebearers.

In a release personally signed by him in Ilorin, Hon. Bolarinwa noted that Maimartaba’s reign has ushered in tremendous development to the ancient town of Ilorin and Kwara state as a whole.

“In the 25 years of our revered father’s rule, we have witnessed a profound elevation from a mere civil service state to an emerging center of commerce. Kwara has become a leading light in national service.

“As a jurist and religious leader, the Emir has brought his knowledge of jurisprudence and his deep spiritual disposition to bear in the administration of the emirate.

As Chairman of the kwara state traditional council, he has been a galvanizing force in rallying support of the traditional institution for successive governments in the state. This has ensued the required peaceful ambience for massive development of the social, economic and political growth of Kwara state.

On the occasion of this milestone anniversary, l, on behalf of the entire kwara APC, join the Government of kwara state, the State Traditional Council, Ilorin emirate traditional chiefs, Maimartaba’s family, friends and admires to wish him many more years on the throne in sound health of body and mind for the continued benefit of the ilorin emirate, kwara state, nIgeria and mankind.
