Fanwo, Kogi Information commissioner commends Kwara counterpart, charges her on State owned media houses

The Kwara State Commissioner for Communications Mrs. Adenike Afolabi-Oshatimehin today received the Kogi state commissioner for information and communications Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo, who paid a courtesy visit to her office.
While speaking, Mr. Femi Fanwo appreciated H.E Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq for his giant strides across different sectors in the state and most importantly the communications ministry as well as the governor’s efforts in revamping state-owned media houses.
He commended Hon. Oshatimehin’s efforts since her office assumption.  “Your work in the past 2 weeks is commendable” – he said.
He assured Mrs. Adenike Afolabi that he will be looking forward to a fruitful synergy between Kwara and Kogi. He also challenged the Honorable Commissioner to field innovative ideas reiterating that he is confident of her capacity to steer the affair of the ministry to a greater height.
He encouraged the Permanent Secretary, Directors, and all the civil servant to support the Commissioner to succeed in piloting the affairs of the Ministry of Communications as the most pivotal ministry amongst ministries.
He advised that information, experience, and templates should be shared with the commissioner who has shown the desire and hunger to do well.
Mrs. Adenike Afolabi in her response thanked Mr. Kingsley Femi Fanwo for the visit and reiterated her commitment to steering the ministry to enviable heights. She also commended Gov.  AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for his exemplary leadership style.
