As Muslims across the world celebrate Eid-ul-Adha, the Festival of Sacrifice, the Founder and Chairman of the SAS Foundation, Engr. Saleeman Adedoyin Saleeman, has extended warm greetings to Mai Martaba, the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman of the Kwara State Council of Chiefs, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, as well as to all Muslim faithful in Kwara State and beyond.

In his goodwill message, Engr. Saleeman described Eid-ul-Adha as a time of deep reflection, devotion, and sacrifice honouring the unwavering faith of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and reinforcing the virtues of obedience, compassion, and generosity.

“Eid-ul-Adha is a significant occasion that reminds us of the values of submission to the will of Almighty Allah, selflessness, and unity. I extend my heartfelt felicitations to His Royal Highness, the Emir of Ilorin, and to the good people of Kwara State. May this celebration inspire us to renew our collective commitment to peace, love, and service to humanity,” he said.

He praised the Muslim community for their steadfast faith and acts of devotion, praying that Almighty Allah accepts their sacrifices, supplications, and worship and grants them enduring peace, prosperity, and mercy.

“As we mark this sacred day, let us uphold the values of kindness, empathy, and sacrifice. These are the guiding principles that not only define this celebration but also help us become better individuals and more caring members of society,” Engr. Saleeman noted.

He urged Muslims to use the occasion to reach out to the less privileged, stressing that the true essence of Eid lies in sharing and compassion.

Engr. Saleeman also called for sustained prayers for the unity, peace, and development of Kwara State and Nigeria as a whole.

“In these challenging times, our collective unity remains our strength. Let us continue to pray and work together for the progress of our dear state and country. May Almighty Allah bless our leaders with wisdom and guide us all toward a more peaceful and prosperous future,” he added.
