Barring last minute changes, the Executive Governor of Kwara State – Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, will today preside over an emergency State Executive Council (SEC) meeting, Fresh Insight has authoritatively gathered.

This much was disclosed to this medium by an highly placed government source, who said “A SEC meeting have been scheduled for today and top on the table is the tractorisation report and the controversial #300m local government funds, rumoured to have been diverted.

“It is a major headache how government confidential correspondence and memos are leaking to the public and measures are to be put in place to prevent future reoccurrence” the source submitted.
