No fewer than 6 passengers are suspected dead in the crash of a military aircraft in Abuja few minutes ago.

The Nigerian Air Force NAF201 a B350 aircraft which departed which departed Abuja  at about 1033UTC with 6 persons on board including 2 crew, was said to have reported engine failure at time 1039, few minutes after takeoff and crashed landed on the final approach path of Abuja Runway 22 at time 1048UTC.

The military aircraft King Air 350 was headed to Minna, the Niger State capital.
