The Chairman Board of Trustees, Sobi 101.9 FM, Mal. Lukman Mustapha has commended and appreciated Comr. Ibrahim Sheriff Gold on his birthday, describing him as ‘one man mopol’.
This much was contained in a birthday message released by his media team and made available to newsmen in Ilorin.
Mustpaha fondly called Rebirth Captain, enjoined Kwara youth to imbibe the ‘can do spirit'(optimism) and versatility of Comr. Gold, who is a finance person by first and second degree, yet he is a wave making writer and media relations expert.
He said “The positive review the Rebirth movement got and still continue to get was due to Comr. Gold and his team, who worked tirelessly to conceptualise, develop, market and ensure the Rebirth ideology permeates the nooks and crannies of the State.
“I remember our endless journey traversing the length and breadth of Kwara State selling the Rebirth messages as the process of Kwara liberation… Gold was the organiser, interpreter, driver, security personnel, Disk Jockey and many more rolled into one. If you were not a witness of the past, his current achievements as the S.A. Media and Publicity to the KWHA Speaker are enough testimonies to his great marvelous personality.
“I still marvel at his strength, zeal, dedication to serve humanity and above all, he’s one of the most truthful young Kwaran I know, his integrity is second to none.
“He was and still a youth with amazing difference, he’s never driven by pecuniary gains, he would rather go hungry than go against his guiding principles.
“Indeed I am blessed to have him personally as a friend, a member of the Rebirth movement and above all a member of my family. I pray the God Almighty continues to protect, guide, nurture and grant you everlasting grace and favours throughout your life as you truly deserve great years of fulfilments with prosperity.” he added.
