The Speaker Kwara State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Danladi-Salihu has described the victory of Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq at the 2023 Guber Poll as a confirmation of the full-strength love people of Kwara have for him and are well pleased with his administration out-and-out.
The speaker in a congratulatory message to the Governor noted that the victory, with a wide margin, is a reward for dedication and commitment to the welfare of the people which Mallam AbdulRazaq has been known for since the assumption of office.
According to the statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the speaker Sheu Abdulkadir Yusuf,
“Kwarans have spoken and they were heard loud and clear, this is their victory and it’s a call to greater responsibility and I’m confident Mallam AbdulRazaq would never disappoint us.
“With this victory, Kwara would never retrogress again under the leadership of His Excellency and so the people should expect more on infrastructural and human capital development, robust policy and programs that have direct and immediate impacts on the citizenry”.
“I wish to acknowledge with great enthusiasm, the unwavering support of all Kwarans from across the sixteen local government areas for voting massively for the people’s governor to continue his Ijoba Mekunu, indeed there can not be a better choice than this.
“On this note, I say a big congratulations to His Excellency on this well-deserved blowout victory for a second term in office, it’s my prayer that Allah continues to guide and guard him and grant him another successful tenure in office “.
